Privacy and online safety is extremely important to us. No personal information is sold or shared by Kids Dinosaur Club. We use third-party banking (Stripe) to verify payment and/or refunds. Customer information (email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates and mailing addressed) are saved and stored in our CRM system by Subbly and our email provider, Klayvio. Your information will only be used for Kids Dinosaur Club to contact you in regards to your Kids Dino Club interest, our partners or membership. Should you need to update or correct any customer information please email us at kidsdinoclub@gmail.com. Kids Dinosaur Club customers (purchasers) must be at least 18 years old.
User's may cancel at any time prior to shipment for each month. Subscriptions auto-renew each month. To cancel email kidsdinoclub@gmail.com. Kids Dinosaur Club cannot be held responsible for USPS delays, incorrect addresses, stolen mail, incorrect email addresses or for a customer's failure to cancel the subscription before shipping. If you need to return a box to Kids Dinosaur Club for any reason you are responsible for paying return shipping. No packages will be overnighted or expedited. All packes will be sent via USPS or the more cost effective shipping method. Kids Dinosaur Club only ships to the lower 48 states at this time. No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. If a pre-approved auto-payment to Kids Dinosaur Club is declined for payment by your bank, Kids Dinosaur will re-submit the payment periodically in the following days.
